This place suits me perfectly! The staff are welcoming and helpful, with a clean room and a lovely saltwater pool. I also appreciate the snack bar and laundry service. I remember the staff gave me the best local taxi tip on my first visit. Don't forget to enjoy the poolside and the garden area! I'm definitely coming back for Christmas.

The location is perfect for exploring Chiang Mai, just a short walk from the old quarter. The staff provided an exceptional welcome, offering us a map and local tips right upon arrival. Our Superior Double or Twin Room was spacious with a comfortable bed, and having a fridge was convenient. The pool area was kept sunny throughout the day, making it a great place to relax after a long day of exploring. However, I encountered noise from the nearby temple early in the mornings, which disrupted our sleep. Also, the fitness room didn’t meet expectations, feeling a bit outdated and not advertised correctly. Late check-out wasn’t granted despite our request, which was disappointing. While the staff were incredibly helpful, improvements are needed in certain facilities.

The room was super comfortable, and I loved having direct access to the nice pool right from our family suite. Enjoyed the sun terrace and the relaxing garden area too! Just a heads up, the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty at times, but it didn't really impact our fun overall. ☀️

We really enjoyed the pool area with the kids and appreciated the daily supply of drinking water. The location was perfect, close to attractions and easy to explore on foot. Fresh coffee and toast by the pool each morning made for a lovely start to our days.
My wife says that the noise at night made it hard for the family to rest.

Just a decent option for getting around area in Chiang Mai with good value for cost. The staff helped me find great local dining spots that I wouldn’t have found on my own. Make sure to request a room that’s further from common areas for a quieter stay.

A Wonderful Stay with Helpful Staff
Spent a fantastic week here celebrating our anniversary. The staff offered excellent local insights for our daily excursions and made ordering breakfast a breeze. The location is fantastic, nestled near plenty of local dining options and just a short walk from more historical sights. The staff are incredibly accommodating, assisting with everything from local tips to food orders. However, the noise from nearby areas can be disruptive, especially in the mornings. Additionally, the Wi-Fi connection was inconsistent, which affected my ability to plan outings online. Despite these issues, the overall ambiance is welcoming and friendly, making it a place I'd consider returning to.
